Corporate Universe-COUV Acquisition/Name Change to Carrier Alliance Group Inc.

NEW YORK--()--Corporate Universe, Inc. (Pink Sheets:COUV) announced today the acquisition of Carrier Alliance Group, www.carrierally.com, which is a leading broker of Voice & Data communications solutions which includes, T1’s, OC3’s, National POTS’s Lines, Hosted PBX as well as a variety of other Voice & Data solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses across the United States & Globally. Concurrent with this acquisition Corporate Universe will divest Manhattan Transfer Registrar Company.

Looking forward the change in business at this time seems better suited for our shareholders and the direction of our business, there is no net effect to the capitalization of the company, simply a change in control and the controlling shareholder of the company. Mr. John Ahern has resigned as CEO of Corporate Universe and will continue to run Manhattan Transfer as a privately held company.

Christopher Panzeca will assume the CEO position; as well the company will be changing its name to Carrier Alliance Group Inc., and will apply for a new symbol. Carrier Alliance Group has been in business for 6 years with billings in excess of $5 million US and is a profitable operation, the business model will be to grow the company through a series of identified acquisitions to attain critical mass and cost savings. The company will be putting out a full corporate update and setting up an investor relations section on the company website. The intention is to immediately update all information and financials for the public, and achieve top tier listing on the Pink Sheets. Within the next 12 months we intend to seek up listing to a senior exchange which will be determined by our fundamentals at the time of listing.
