NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates today announced the promotions of Sarah Eames and Laurie Nash to Managing Director in the firm’s New York office.
Ms. Eames is a member of the firm’s Health Services and Global Life Sciences Practice, where she specializes in recruiting senior executive leaders and board members for healthcare services, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostics companies. Her unparalleled industry insight and rigorous assessment of candidates have been invaluable to her clients, which include large, mid-cap and emerging-growth companies in the U.S. and Europe. She is also the co-founder of the firm’s Roundtable for Healthcare CEOs, an annual gathering of healthcare leaders to discuss the industry’s most pressing matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Eames was the Deputy Chairman and CEO of publicly-traded Allied Healthcare International. She also held roles of increasing responsibility across her tenure at American Hospital Supply Corporation, Baxter International, and Johnson & Johnson, in addition to serving as Senior Vice President at Apria Healthcare Group. She received her B.A. in economics from Northwestern University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and her M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
As a member of the firm’s Nonprofit Sector and leader of the Culture, Conservation and Foundations Practice, Ms. Nash has successfully leveraged her keen insight and passion for the nonprofit sector to provide leadership counsel to prominent cultural, educational, and philanthropic organizations.
Ms. Nash has 10 years of executive search experience and joined the firm in 2008. She began her career serving independent secondary schools, including the Groton School and Albuquerque Academy. After earning her MBA, she worked for technology-related companies, including Diamond Cluster International and DoubleClick, where she was involved in client services, business development, and management consulting. She is a member of the Advisory Council for NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School), the Alumni Council of Phillips Academy Andover, and is a board member on the Alliance for Young Artists and Writers. She received her B.A. in history from Yale University and her M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
