Mr. Lee brought a sophisticated background of achievement in both business and science to PHT. He has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry with 15 years devoted to serving the clinical research community.
Prior to PHT he served as President and CEO of Clinsoft (formerly known as Domain Pharma Corporation) where he helped the company achieve market dominance in clinical data management systems and adverse event reporting systems. Under Mr. Lee's leadership, the company doubled its revenues, achieved profitability and launched its electronic data capture (EDC) solution to the market. Mr. Lee was also President of eXcelon Corporation (EXLN), one of the leaders in the XML database market and the Object Oriented Database market. He has also held senior level positions at Oracle Corporation, Interleaf Inc. and BBN Software Products (Bolt Beranek and Newman). He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Engineering Degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
