NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prisma Capital Partners today announced that Arthur Richardson has joined the firm as risk manager. As a senior member of the team with more than 15 years of capital markets experience, Mr. Richardson will further expand the capabilities of Prisma’s eight person risk management team.

Mr. Richardson will primarily perform on-site due diligence of the alternative investments that Prisma considers for its clients. He will report to Emanuel Derman and Shankar Nagarajan, who jointly head the firm’s risk management team. Before joining Prisma, Mr. Richardson worked at Quattro Global Capital, LLC, where he managed U.S. and International convertible arbitrage portfolios for the last nine years. He earlier worked at SG Cowen and Oaktree Capital.
Mr. Richardson holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
