SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InvestWest/Pacifica Hotel Company announced today the acquisition of the Pelican Inn & Suites on beautiful Moonstone Beach in Cambria, adding to its portfolio of distinctive properties on the California coast.

Since we are also seeing a modest increase in travel to the California coast overall, we decided to make the Pelican Inn acquisition now to help position our company for continued growth in the future.”
With 48 rooms – 27 of them suites – and a 4 Diamond rating, the highest rating on Moonstone Beach, the Pelican Inn draws both recreational and business travelers.
