LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stratus Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SMDI) is pleased to announce that Lloyd Bryan Adams has joined the company to lead its entertainment vertical. Adams will serve as Senior Vice President and Executive Producer for all visual media properties and will lead the creative efforts for television and original programming within Stratus.
With over 22 years of experience as a television and film senior executive, Adams will provide both creative and production leadership with SMDI’s Action Sports and Motorsports verticals, and will contribute to the Perugia International Film Festival.

Adams most recently served as Executive Producer and Senior Executive in charge of Programming and Production for the Outdoor Channel. He also co-founded the UK-based Extreme Sports Channel, which now airs in over fifty countries. He was instrumental in the creation of Fox’s Fuel Channel, and served as Executive Producer of NASCAR Media Group.
Adams earned a Masters Degree in Business Management from N.U., a Bachelors of Science from San Diego State University, and a degree at UCLA’s renowned entertainment certificate program. He also holds a Juris Doctorate from University of Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. He is an active producer whose shows have run on all major networks, and is a member of the Producers Guild of America, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and the American Film Institute.
