Kelly will be responsible for leading the MTI Business Development team through its overall client pursuits and in developing agency partner relationships using his proven consultative skills. MTI works as a strategic partner to offer experience and innovation in a perfect blend as a trusted Professional Relationship Management partner. The addition of Kelly is an important step in MTI’s continued expansion of its Business Development activities.

Kelly joins MTI from the Cadient Group where he was VP, Solutions Business Development & Marketing responsible for sales of direct technology-enabled solutions, channel partnerships for software platforms, and solutions based marketing efforts. While there, he targeted and penetrated emerging and established brand accounts with innovative solutions. These included new business efforts across a variety of therapeutic areas such as CV, men’s health, GI, Respiratory, CNS and Oncology.
Kelly graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He received his M.A. Organizational Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness at Immaculata University, in Malvern, PA.
