NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wells Fargo Securities, part of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC), today announced that Kevin McQuilkin has joined the firm as managing director of Mergers and Acquisitions and will lead the Industrials Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Based in New York City, McQuilkin is responsible for leading the team that develops and executes advisory activities for clients within the Industrials client base. He reports to John Laughlin, head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Wells Fargo.

McQuilkin brings over 20 years of M&A experience and knowledge to his new position. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Securities, he was managing director of M&A and head of Metals & Mining Investment Banking Coverage at Deutsche Bank Securities. From 1987 to 2006, he worked at J.P. Morgan Chase & Company, his most recent position being managing director and head of Industrials M&A. There he led the general industrial business and specialized in natural resources.
McQuilkin has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. Honors in Finance and Accounting from Gonzaga University, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
