LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Analytic Investors, Inc. today announced that Adam M. Craig has been appointed Director, Consultant Relations and Business Development. He will be responsible for managing Analytic's relationships with investment consultants and clients in the Eastern U.S. and Canada. Mr. Craig will work out of Boston and will report to Mark Osterkamp, Senior Director, Marketing and Client Service, in this newly created role.

Mr. Craig was most recently a Director of Consultant Relations at Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC. He joined Columbia (previously RiverSource Investments) in 2007. Adam has almost 25 years of investment industry experience, having had previous roles as a Director of Marketing and Client Relations at Essex Investment Management Company, where he oversaw institutional marketing, consultant relations, and client relations, and as an investment consultant at Mercer Investment Consulting for five years. In addition, he was at Watson Wyatt for 12 years.
Adam received his B.S. in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1998 and is a Board Member of the Boston Investment Professionals Association, Inc.
