The Hershey Company executives and staff of Hershey's Chocolate World attraction will unveil the company’s latest green initiative at Hershey's Chocolate World. |

WHAT: |
The Hershey Company will activate 1,092 new photovoltaic solar panels at the Hershey's Chocolate World attraction. The company has also installed 182 panels on the roof of its Technical Center a few miles away. Together, the two solar arrays are expected to generate an estimated 318 megawatt-hours (MWh) per year. |

The company will also unveil Central Pennsylvania’s only electric vehicle charging stations. The two charging stations will enable up to four electric vehicles to recharge while their owners enjoy the attractions at Hershey's Chocolate World. |
