In his new role, Lankin will develop and lead a portfolio of clients, leveraging his extensive digital acumen to bring both strategic and operational guidance. This hire is in support of Empathy Lab‘s long-standing practice of aligning high-performing teams with its clients’ priorities in order to develop innovative digital strategies balanced by efficient tactical delivery.

He will report directly to Kevin Labick and assist in the evolution of Empathy Lab’s long-term strategy and vision in addition to his client duties.
