Western Union Money Transfer® Service Available at More Than 4,880 Banco Bradesco Locations Across Brazil

Western Union service has now been rolled-out nationwide, offering to serve money-transfer needs of banked and walk-in consumers

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. & SAO PAULO, Brazil--()--The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU), a global leader in payment services, and Banco Bradesco, SA, one of the largest privately held banks in Brazil, today rolled out the Western Union® global money-transfer service, first announced last year, across more than 4,880 Banco Bradesco banking center locations in Brazil. The new service includes receiving money transfers in Brazil from abroad, with the ability to send money in the near future. Bradesco is the first private bank to offer the Western Union money transfer service in Brazil.

The money-transfer service agreement with Banco Bradesco is an important step in Western Union's "go-to-market" strategy in Brazil.
