ICF International Executive Named to Steering Committee of George Washington University Homeland Security Policy Institute

FAIRFAX, Va.--()--Andy Robinson, senior vice president for ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been named to the steering committee of The George Washington University Homeland Security Policy Institute (HSPI).

The HSPI Steering Committee is a distinguished group of leaders who provide strategic direction to the institute. The bipartisan group includes leaders who are, or have served as, secretary of Homeland Security; attorney general; secretary of the Army; national security and homeland security advisors to the president; directors of the Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Federal Emergency Management Administration; inspectors general of the Departments of State and Homeland Security; ambassadors; military flag officers; governors; members of Congress; chief executive officers; university officials and faculty; and leaders of state, local, and nongovernmental organizations.

Mr. Robinson was named to The Federal 100 in 2010, Federal Computer Week magazine’s prestigious list of the top 100 executives from government, industry, and academia that have the greatest impact on the government information technology (IT) community. In receiving the honor, Mr. Robinson was recognized for leading an ICF International division that has focused not only on matters related to IT, but also enterprise resilience. Additionally, his teams support program management for the National Infrastructure Protection Plan, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services's Office of Fraud Detection and National Security, Transportation Security Administration's Office of Security Technology, and energy cybersecurity initiatives. Mr. Robinson is the current chair of the Industry Advisory Council.
