Abengoa to Host Its 6th Annual Analyst and Investor Day in New York and London

  • Distinguished guest speakers Juan Verde, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe and Eurasia for the U.S. Department of Commerce, and Sir Nicholas Stern, economist and academic, and author of the Stern Review, will provide key-note address.

SEVILLE, Spain--()--Abengoa, the company that develops innovative technology solutions for sustainable development, announced today that it will host its 6th Annual Analyst and Investor Day in New York on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 and in London on Thursday, April 7, 2011.

Participating in the event will be Abengoa’s senior management, who will provide a detailed overview of each business, starting with a strategy session by its CEO, Manuel Sanchez. In addition, the company will count with the presence of two distinguished speakers who will provide the key-note address.

Juan Verde, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe and Eurasia for the U.S. Department of Commerce, will attend the New York event to discuss the future of a sustainable economy in the U.S. Sir Nicholas Stern, Baron Stern of Brentford, recognized economist and academic, author of the Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change, and member of Abengoa’s International Advisory Board, will attend the London event to address “The Challenge of Climate Change: A New Industrial Revolution?”
