CRA also announced that Darrell Williams has become a senior consultant to the Competition Practice.

Vice President Bruce Fortenbaugh has worked extensively with external and in-house counsel regarding complex labor and employment issues. Primarily focused upon wage and hour class action matters, he also has experience in wrongful termination issues, modeling of collective bargaining agreements, and other data-intensive analyses. His expertise includes design and performance of observational studies as well as detailed analysis of large complex data sets to explain class certification issues, perform liability and damage calculations, and provide post-settlement distribution assistance. Additionally, as a former insurance regulator, Mr. Fortenbaugh has a deep background in financial oversight, audit/examination, and operations of insurance carriers. He has provided oral and written testimony in mediation and arbitration in both state and federal court. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Richmond.
Vice President Peter Guang Chen is a certified public accountant and an attorney with more than 25 years of experience. His extensive experience includes advising China and U.S. corporations on their inbound and outbound transactions; tax, regulatory, and business issues; mergers and acquisitions; and the reorganizations of multinationals in China. Mr. Chen also has extensive experience assisting Chinese companies with investment and operations in the U.S. He has represented companies and individuals to resolve tax disputes with tax authorities in China and the U.S. He is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Shanghai, and Cantonese dialects). He holds a BS degree in Accounting and Economics, an MBA degree in Taxation, and an LLM degree in Taxation, all from New York University. He also received a JD degree from Fordham University.
Senior Consultant Darrell L. Williams has extensive experience in antitrust litigation consulting and has worked as an expert on issues such as exclusive dealings, exclusive territories, price fixing, joint ventures, and damages. His litigation consulting experience spans a number of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, and petroleum. He is a former economics professor at the UCLA Department of Economics and a former staff economist at the President’s Council of Economic Advisors. He was also a financial economist at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has been a government expert for the Federal Trade Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has taught at the Economics Institute for Federal Judges at George Mason Law School and has served as Vice-Chair of the Economics Committee, Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. He holds a PhD degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
