TDX Power Selects Enviance to Manage GHG and Air Emissions

Trinity Consultants to Implement Enviance’s Environmental ERP Solution at Alaskan Utility for Industry Permitting and Compliance Needs

CARLSBAD, Calif.--()--Enviance, Inc., a global provider of Environmental ERP (EERP) solutions that measure, manage, report and reduce environmental and regulatory risks, announced today that TDX Power, Inc. has selected Enviance’s cloud-based environmental management software to track and report GHG inventory and air emissions at the company’s electric utilities facility in Alaska. In addition to owning and operating regulated electric utilities and renewable energy projects, TDX Power distributes fuel oil products, markets custom engineered generation systems and provides energy industry consulting services. The company chose Enviance based on its expertise in managing air emissions and environmental risk for the utility industry’s complex compliance and permitting needs.

“As an accomplished energy-services provider, TDX Power values efficiency and keeps close tabs on our effect on the environment,” said Jolene Lekanof, executive vice president for TDX Power. “The implementation of Enviance’s environmental management system made sense on a business level, but also on a fiscal level. TDX Power holds itself to a high level of environmental integrity, and Enviance’s solution ensures that our impact is monitored properly and kept to a minimum.”

Enviance was recommended to TDX Power by Trinity Consultants, a global environmental consulting firm that is also assisting as a best practices advisor on the implementation. Now more than 40 percent of U.S. utilities have deployed Enviance’s Environmental ERP system, including Georgia Power, Southern Edison, Entergy, American Electric Power, Pacific Gas and Electric and First Energy.

“Enviance is excited to be working with a respected utilities provider like TDX Power that recognizes the value of and need for Enviance’s Environmental ERP system,” said Lawrence Goldenhersh, president and CEO of Enviance. “With our solution in place, TDX Power will reduce its environmental risk while increasing operational efficiency, and in turn, cut costs.”
