In this role Carlton is responsible for managing relationships with client representatives including hospital administrators, business development teams and strategies that drive revenue to client hospitals.

These workforce health partnerships are designed to improve the health of employees, mitigate rising health-related costs for employers, and link hospitals with favorably insured consumers. As vice president of market operations, Carlton supervises employer relations specialists located at hospitals across the nation as they work to build relationships with local employers.

Carlton brings more than 12 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining the Aegis team, Carlton was an account executive for Healthways Inc., a provider of comprehensive solutions for insurers and employers to help patients manage and improve their health. Carlton was also a program manager at Johnson & Johnson. He holds a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Morehead State University.
