Yayi International Passes Manufacturing License Renewal Inspection

TIANJIN, China--()--Yayi International Inc., (OTCBB:YYIN) ("Yayi International" or "the Company"), the first mover and a leading producer and distributor of premium goat milk formula products for infants, toddlers, young children, and adults in the People’s Republic of China (“China”), today announced that it has passed the inspection process for renewing its manufacturing license for its raw milk processing plant located in Shaanxi province.

In late 2010, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China (AQSIQ) announced new regulatory measures based on China’s Food Safety Law adopted by the People’s Congress earlier in 2010 requiring all infant milk formula and dairy product companies to submit applications to renew manufacturing licenses by the end of 2010 and to complete the renewal process by the end of March 2011.

The Company is currently in the process of renewing its manufacturing license for its Tianjin milk powder processing plant. Management expects to complete the renewal process in the near future for both plants and will update the market accordingly.
