MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With more than $83 million in total sales for 2010, Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realtors’ Judy Zeder is Miami-Dade County’s Top Dollar Volume Residential Realtor for the 12-month period ending December 31, 2010, according to cumulative data from the Southeast Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Zeder was also Miami-Dade’s number one luxury Realtor for the number of homes and condominiums sold last year, selling 32 properties in excess of one million dollars each for a cumulative value of $68.7 million.
