A State of Trance 500’s DJs and Attendees to Share News and Pictures via Flowd during Tour

AMSTERDAM & HELSINKI--()--Leading dance music label Armada Music, event organiser ALDA Events, and Flowd, the social network for music lovers, announce an exclusive partnership for the highly popular A State of Trance 500 (ASOT 500) world tour this Spring. With over 100,000 people set to attend ASOT 500 concerts, and millions more listening to the live radio and online broadcasts, this partnership cements Flowd’s status as the preferred campaign tool and channel for music acts to keep in touch with their fans.

As the mobile social networking partner for ASOT 500, Flowd will collate all the official pictures from the events. Concert-goers attending any of the five worldwide ASOT 500 shows will be able to instantly upload their photos via Flowd to the ASOT 500 event wall as well as the official A State of Trance website along with their comments. This takes concert-going to a new level, and will keep the experience alive long after the events have ended.

Flowd’s partnership with ASOT 500 will officially be launched by DJ Armin van Buuren during his A State of Trance radio show on Thursday 3rd March. HOW DOES IT WORK: Using Flowd, attendees will be able to immediately share their pictures and reactions during the concerts from their mobile devices. Simply by snapping a photo and sharing through Flowd, the picture will be automatically uploaded to the ASOT 500 site and shared to every visitor with the user’s instant reaction. Artists will also be taking their own behind-the-scenes photos and sharing them via Flowd and on the ASOT 500 site. Once photos have been uploaded to the site, they will form a timeline of the tour which will allow everyone to experience the events, even if they couldn’t make it there in person, and allow attendees to relive their favourite moments again and again.
