Top Industry Leaders from the Telecommunications Sector Head to Eurasia Com 2011

Eurasia Com 2011

LONDON--()--The leading operators in Turkey, Russia, the CIS and East Europe are participating at the 2011 Eurasia Com Conference and Exhibition, which will take place in Istanbul on 29th and 30th March.

Now in its 7th year, the event has become the annual meeting place for all stakeholders in the region’s telecommunications sector, who enjoy the many learning, networking and business opportunities on offer.

Key speakers include leaders of the region’s most dynamic operators, from pan-regional investors (Russian groups MTS and Vimpelcom, represented respectively by Vice President Oleg Raspopov and head of CIS Business Unit Dmitry Kromsky), incumbent operators (such as Kazakhtelecom Chairman Kuanishbek Yesekeev and Turk Telekom’s VP of Strategy and Business Development Dr. Ramazan, Beltelecom’s Director General Demir Konstantin Tikar), competitive mobile operators (the CEOs of VimpelCom Kazakhstan, Neotel Macedonia, Eagle Mobile Albania), alternative service providers (Global Communications Net Bulgaria, Delta Telecom Azerbaijan, Rozvytok Ukraine) and more.

The conference programme covers the latest technologies, services and strategies for all telecommunications companies to succeed in the market, with new sessions on regional connectivity, LTE, value-added services, and convergence. In addition to the conference, the event includes an exhibition in which telecommunications solutions providers will showcase their products to help operators improve their businesses and generate more profits in the region.

“What makes Eurasia Com 2011 unique in the region is its business focus: it is designed to help its participants share expertise, meet potential business partners and expand their contacts in the region,” says Julie Rey, Research Director for the Com World Series. All is done to help participants network, over coffee, lunch, speed networking, a drinks reception at the end of the first day, and a special VIP offer for top representatives of operators to ensure they meet the right people.

Over 400 participants are expected for this year’s event, most of them of senior level within the region’s operators and service providers. For more information on how to join, visit http://eurasia.comworldseries.com.
