WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Heraeus Photovoltaic Business Unit, a world leader in developing front and back side silver paste for crystalline solar cells, will be highlighting its new SOL200 Series for back side tabbing conductors at the SNEC 5th International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference and Exhibition in Shanghai, China, February 22 -24, exhibiting at booth 325 in hall W3.
Following the successful development and market introduction of SOL230 a few years ago, Heraeus has developed the new SOL200 Series for back side tabbing conductors that has demonstrated lower paste laydown while maintaining good solderability, high adhesion and high electrical performance. Additional key benefits of the SOL200 Series include:
- Pb and Cd free
- Excellent printability
- Wide processing window
- Co-fireable with back Al and front Ag pastes
“The low laydown of the new SOL200 series helps our customers save money while maintaining good cell performance,” said Dr. Weiming Zhang, Vice President of Technology for the Photovoltaic Business Unit. “The new SOL200 Series is available in SOL220, and SOL210. The SOL210 uses ten percent less silver than the SOL230.”
