BOXBOROUGH, Mass.--()--Crossbeam Systems, Inc.:

WHAT:

Crossbeam Systems, Inc., the leading provider of next-generation security platforms for high-performance networks, today announced a series of technical briefings geared to helping security professionals understand how to achieve highly scalable, flexible and easy to manage network security infrastructure that can address their evolving security requirements. The technical briefings will demonstrate how the company’s X-Series platform provides enterprises and service providers the unique ability to consolidate their network infrastructure, adapt to new threats and simultaneously run multiple best-of-breed security applications on a single chassis.

Technical Briefings to Feature Real-World Tests

For the first time ever, Crossbeam will host live demonstrations to show how multiple best-of-breed security partner applications can be consolidated and performance-optimized while running on the X-Series to protect even the most high-traffic, high-risk enterprise environments. During these tests, Crossbeam will use network security and performance testing equipment from Spirent to send traffic through the X60 platform to simulate real-world threat activity and security attacks. The goal is to help security professionals understand how Crossbeam’s X-Series can help them simplify and scale their security infrastructure, while protecting their networks even under the worst case scenarios.
