VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. has extended the expiration date related to the 2,142,856 warrants exercisable at $0.50 attached to the private placement dated March 4, 2010.
The new warrant expiration date will be amended to March 4, 2012, subject to regulatory approval. The exercise prices remain unchanged.
