NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Irving Place Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, announced today that it has appointed Michael Feiner as Senior Advisor of Human Capital. Mr. Feiner has extensive experience helping some of the world’s leading corporations develop and optimize their leadership and talent as a corporate executive, management consultant, author and professor.
Mr. Feiner’s corporate experience includes 20 years at PepsiCo, where he served as Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer for beverage operations worldwide. In that role, Mr. Feiner built a global human resources organization that has been recognized as one of the most innovative in the world. He also has taught at Columbia Business School, where he is the Professor of Management and Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Ethics Fellow.
At Irving Place Capital, Mr. Feiner will work with the firm’s portfolio companies to help them apply his unique approach to understanding and fostering connections between business results, individuals and leadership.
