e-Dialog Appoints Joe Gagnon as Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Marketing

Gagnon to Drive e-Dialog’s Integrated Client-Service Delivery and Multichannel Marketing Solutions Strategy

BURLINGTON, Mass.--()--e-Dialog, a proven provider of advanced e-mail and multichannel marketing solutions within the GSI Commerce (Nasdaq: GSIC) Global Marketing Services division, today announced Joe Gagnon has joined the company as chief client officer (CCO) and executive vice president of Product Marketing.

In this newly developed role, Gagnon will utilize his 28 years of business and technology experience to lead the company’s global professional services and product marketing teams. He will also work to further integrate e-Dialog into other GSI Global Marketing Services companies, including Fetchback, ClearSaleing, M3 Mobile and MBS Insight, in order to provide an integrated and comprehensive set of interactive marketing solutions. This will help marketers drive customer acquisition, conversion and loyalty across multiple channels.

Gagnon joins e-Dialog from Exit41, where as CEO he focused the company on successfully delivering SaaS-based consumer-facing online, social and mobile device ordering solutions for the restaurant industry. Prior to Exit41, Joe was vice president, global leader of IBM’s Business Consulting Retail Industry business leading overall strategy, direction and business operations. He joined IBM when it acquired strategy consulting firm Mainspring, where Joe served as SVP Consulting Operations delivering eStrategy service offerings. Prior to that role, Joe served as consulting partner at Ernst & Young LLP working with retailers to implement new and emerging technologies, including global eCommerce solutions, to drive business growth.

Gagnon will report directly to Rizzi.
