Long, who co-founded storage provider EqualLogic, brings a wealth of experience at growing companies by delivering innovative, market changing storage technology.

Paula has held numerous technical leadership positions at a variety of technology companies. She has won several awards for Entrepreneurship, including New Hampshire High Tech Council Entrepreneur of the year award, the Ernst & Young’s 2008 Northeast Regional “Entrepreneur of the Year” and a National Finalist for the same award. Paula is currently the VP of Product Development at Heartland Robotics. Prior to Heartland Paula was Co-Founder and EVP of Products and Strategy at EqualLogic which was acquired by Dell for $1.4 billion in 2008. Paula remained at Dell as VP of Storage, focused on the EqualLogic Product Line until January of 2010.
Long joins the StorSimple Board of Advisors and Directors that includes notable industry names including Satish Dharmaraj of Redpoint Ventures, Mike Volpi & Bernard Dalle of Index Ventures, Jayshree Ullal of Arista Networks, Navin Chaddha of Mayfield Fund and Richard Fade of Ignition Partners.
