Julie Cohen Norris Joins as a Partner in the Global CEO & Board Practice at CTPartners

NEW YORK--()--CTPartners (AMEX: CTP), a leading global retained executive search firm, announced today that Julie Cohen Norris has joined the firm as a Partner in the Global CEO & Board Practice. Julie will focus on assisting clients as they strive to enhance the performance of their boards of directors and improve corporate governance. She will be based in the Boston office.

Julie joins CTPartners from Spencer Stuart where she worked with clients across all industries as a member of the Board Services Practice. She specialized in identifying next-generation board members and strengthening the firm's intellectual capital in the area of corporate governance.

Prior to search, Julie served as Vice President of Product Development with CareScout, a privately held healthcare services company. She began her career as a Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst with Wasserstein Perella and later served with McKinsey & Co. as a Senior Engagement Manager, supporting clients in various industries.

Julie earned her A.B. in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and her M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
