"fleur Silicone Steamer Oval" is a cooking appliance which enables users to cook with a microwave or electric oven. The product is recently being featured in various media in Japan including the popular recipe website COOKPAD. By using a microwave or electric oven, users can serve an authentic dish in just a few minutes, even if they had a busy day. The wavy bottom surface has several trenches creating spaces for excess fat to drip. A handbook that contains 14 recipes is attached to the product for quick reference. Users can also view the sample recipes at CB Japan's website or at COOKPAD. "fleur Silicone Steamer Oval" opens up your imagination to cook various types of dishes, from appetizers and main dishes to desserts. Color variations of the product include magenta pink, leaf green and Valencia orange.
"fleur" is the brand name for CB Japan's silicone kitchenware product line, which, besides the "fleur Silicone Steamer Oval", includes bowls, cooking pots, strainers, dish mats and Tajine nabe. The products are dishwasher-safe and some are collapsible to be easily stored. Operating temperature limits range from minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 446 degrees Fahrenheit.
