The Network established this new hosting facility to accommodate growing customer demand in Europe and to further support its international expansion strategy. By co-locating the hosting facilities, The Network can now provide specialized data protection and privacy demands. The new hosting facility enables European-based organizations, as well as organizations with locations in Europe, to store and access their data from a “local” source. This “localization” of critical data provides many technical and legal benefits to The Network’s global customer base.
The new hosting facility delivers full, cloud-based redundancy and will give The Network’s clients outside of the United States, or with locations outside of the United States, secure and reliable access to their hotline program and case management data while meeting the stringent data privacy requirements set forth by regulatory bodies such as the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL) and the Working Party of the European Union.
