GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lake Victoria Mining Company, Inc. (“Lake Victoria” or the “Company”) (OTCBB:LVCA) has retained the services of The Windward Agency to provide investor relations services for the Company for a monthly fee of US$5,000 commencing January 27, 2011. The agreement is on a month to month term and may be terminated at any time on two weeks notice following the initial 30 day term.
The Windward Agency ("Windward") of Charlotte, North Carolina, was founded by its principal, Kelly Boatright. Windward has served the natural resource sectors for more than two decades and maintains a strong presence in Canada, the United States and Europe.
Windward maintains an extensive network of representatives and account service specialists in Toronto, New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, London, England and Zurich, Switzerland. In addition to organizing broker road shows, Windward will also manage press release dissemination, assist in the design of marketing materials, and miscellaneous tasks related to Lake Victoria’s investor relations and public relations programs.
