HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leslie Doggett Properties has recently acquired the former Landmark Chevrolet site with approximately 2200 linear feet of frontage on I45 north.
It is estimated that the purchase price was approximately $8.4 million or $8.20 per square foot for the 23.5 acre site between West Mount Houston Road and West Gulf Bank on the southbound side of the north freeway. The site was once reported to be the largest volume Chevrolet dealer location in the southern United States.
Leslie Doggett Industries has plans to locate its John Deere Construction Equipment Dealership within the old Chevrolet Dealership buildings and has listed with Transwestern’s Carlos Bujosa to sell the northernmost 8 acre site and the southernmost 4.5 acre site which also housed a former car dealership.
