The process of transferring the production to Helsingborg and Töredal will commence immediately and is estimated to be complete by the end of the second quarter 2011.

Nederman Norclean produces a range of industrial vacuum cleaning systems for the extraction, collection, separation and transportation of a wide variety of materials and liquids. The range includes both Air Powered as well as Electric Powered products and is designed to operate in difficult and demanding industrial conditions. The product range of Nederman Norclean will not be affected by the decision to transfer the production.

The decision is a result of the previously communicated in-depth review of alternatives and actions required to strengthen & improve the long term competitiveness and profitability of the Norclean product range. The decision is also a result of Nederman’s ongoing analysis of its businesses and operational structure, following the acquisition of Dantherm Filtration.
