(“Harvest”) is pleased to announce the completion of the initial offering of Class A Units of the Harvest High Income Shares ETFs, outlined in the table below, pursuant to a prospectus dated January 8, 2025, filed with the securities regulatory authorities in all of the Canadian provinces and territories. The Class A Units of the Harvest High Income Shares ETFs will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) today under the following ticker symbols outlined in the table below.

Distribution Announcement
The initial monthly variable distribution for the Harvest High Income Shares ETFs will be paid on or about March 7, 2025 to unitholders of record on February 28, 2025 with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2025.
