CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intero, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is proud to announce its Chief Executive Officer, Brian Crane, has been named on the 2025 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list. The SP 200 ranks the most powerful and influential leaders and executives in the residential real estate brokerage industry.
“I am deeply honored to be included on this list of the real estate industry’s most influential and respected leaders and executives,” said Brian Crane, Intero Chief Executive Officer. “I’m proud to represent Intero, which has always operated from a position of strength and stability, and proud of our employees, agents and partners for their hard work and infinite energy. This recognition is only possible thanks to our amazing teams and our culture of support and collaboration.”
Highly regarded within the real estate community, Brian is an industry veteran of more than three decades and one of the original founders of Intero. By providing leadership and support for the company and its nearly 2000 corporate and franchise agents, as well as for other companies and leaders within the HomeServices of America network, his influence on the real estate industry is known both regionally and nationally. Brian also continues to share his deep knowledge of real estate by teaching courses in Intero’s own long-standing Academy, REB courses, and continuing education classes at local colleges.
Backed by one of the most trusted brands in America, Intero enters its 23rd year of operations this year with some of its most profitable years being under Brian’s leadership since the company was founded in 2002. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in April 2019 after 17 years as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships and manager of Intero’s Los Gatos office.
This marks the fourth year in a row that Brian has been recognized on the SP 200 list. He joins several other executives from across HomeServices’ brokerage and franchise companies who were also named to the SP 200 list, including Gino Blefari, CEO of HomeServices and chairman, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices—and founder of Intero, who earned the #5 spot for 2025.
