The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s CEI is the premier national benchmarking tool for corporate policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to LGBTQ+ employees. The CEI rates companies based on four key pillars: workforce protections, inclusive benefits, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.
