Edelstein, based in New York, is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property, entertainment, and media law.

Edelstein, who is in the firm’s Entertainment and IP Litigation Practice Group, represents clients in a wide range of copyright, trademark, and related litigation matters across a broad range of industries, including fashion, beauty, luxury, travel, technology, media, publishing, music, and entertainment. Her experience spans federal and state courts, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
