EDMONTON, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--edatanetworks Inc. announced today an additional patent to their intellectual property portfolio from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) with the approval of patent 18/517,334.
This patent enables loyalty platforms to harness the power of the data sources available to provide streamlined on-boarding experiences for platform participants. With patent 18/517,334 a loyalty platform is empowered to pre-populate profile data for a potential participant, prior to their enrollment, and generates a unique identifier for the potential participant. Once generated the unique identifier can then be communicated to the potential platform participant through traditional means, such as email, text message or printed material. Through utilization of the unique identifier, the potential participant is presented with a profile they can quickly review and approve, rather than entering all the required information themselves. This provides a seamless on-boarding experience for the user.
“The ability for users to quickly and easily enroll in a platform is key to the platform’s success, especially as the volume of required information increases,” stated Terry Tietzen, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of edatanetworks. “We continue to be thankful for the USPTO’s recognition of our intellectual property portfolio through the approvals of this and other patents. It continues to validate our commitment to innovation.”
