NEW YORK--()--The GIST, a revolutionary and inclusive sports media brand dedicated to leveling the playing field by providing equitable coverage to both women’s and men’s sports, announced that they are releasing a limited edition “Bet on Women” t-shirt collection as a continuation of their recent one million subscribers milestone.

In September, The GIST announced that the emerging sports media brand had reached the milestone of one million newsletter subscribers across all of its platforms. This announcement represents the rapidly growing community of GISTers that The GIST’s co-founders have worked tirelessly to create, a community that prides itself on being inclusive and empowering for all sports fans.

When The GIST was founded in 2017, the industry underestimated female athletes, journalists and fans, but today, The GIST and their 1 million + followers are proving the naysayers wrong. The “Bet on Women” collection was created to celebrate this triumph while honoring the power, strength and resilience of women, especially women in the sports industry, because The GIST believes in betting on women.

One of the t-shirts in the limited collection features designs from the Toronto-based Latina designer, Fiorella Granda, whose playful doodles, combined with the bold “Bet on Women” messaging, are a nod to the strength of women and showcase that women can truly do it all.
