LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Stephens Group, LLC (“Stephens Group” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the promotions of Anthony Porcelli to Vice President and Bradley Ong to Senior Associate and the addition of Jacob Ham and Nicholas F. AmRhein as Investment Associates and Marco Schooley as a Value Creation Associate.
Mr. Porcelli was promoted from Senior Associate to Vice President and will continue to assist the team’s investment efforts. Prior to joining Stephens Group in 2020, Mr. Porcelli spent two years as an investment banking analyst at Truist Financial Corporation. During his time with Truist, Anthony worked on various M&A and financing transactions in the Industrials group. He is involved with Pearlman Group, Princeton TMX, and Accredible.
Mr. Ong was promoted from Associate to Senior Associate and will continue to assist the team’s investment efforts. Prior to joining Stephens Group in 2022, Bradley spent two years as an investment banking analyst at Rothschild & Co. While at Rothschild, Bradley worked on various M&A and financing transactions across the Metals & Mining sector. He is involved with Kele, LineLeader, and VisionSafe.
Jacob Ham and Nicholas F. AmRhein have joined the firm as Associates on the investment team. Prior to joining Stephens Group, Mr. AmRhein spent two years as an investment banking senior analyst at D.A. Davidson. While at D.A. Davidson, Nicholas worked on various M&A and financing transactions across the Industrials and Business Services sectors with a particular emphasis on the Paper and Packaging and Aerospace and Defense industries. Mr. Ham joined Stephens Group from Premier Biotech, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, where he was the Manager of M&A and Finance and supported the company’s acquisition strategy and identified organic growth opportunities. Prior to that, he was an Associate with Align Capital Partners, where he supported the firm’s investments in business services companies. Mr. Ham began his career as an investment banking analyst with Stephens Inc.
Marco Schooley has joined the firm as an associate on the value creation team. Prior to joining Stephens Group, Mr. Schooley spent three years at McKinsey & Co., where he specialized in commercial and operational transformations for clients in the advanced industries, manufacturing, building technologies, and distribution sectors. At McKinsey, Marco worked with executives at Fortune 500 companies across topics, including strategy, growth optimization, and organizational restructuring, among others. Before joining McKinsey, Marco was a Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank in Austin, TX. In this role, he managed and built relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other innovators across the Central Texas market.
