The Company welcomes Eric Long as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Cameron Ruble as Chief People Officer (CPO), and Alla Jezmir as Managing Director.
Eric Long is Galway's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, capital raising, and strategic growth. He also serves on the Management and Investment Committees. Previously, Eric managed $5 billion at EIG Partners and was a founding member and CFO of Harbour Energy. Before that, he raised over $75 billion in financing and advised numerous companies across a broad range of transactions as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.
Cameron Ruble is Galway's Chief People Officer, leading internal people programs and strategic human capital initiatives for the portfolio. With 20 years of experience in recruiting and HR, Cameron previously led human capital at Longview Innovation and held talent roles at Renmatix, Inc., a Kleiner Perkins-backed company.
Alla Jezmir is Managing Director, responsible for sourcing and executing transactions, strategic partnerships, and deal team leadership. As a founding team member at Earthrise Energy, she led the development team, overseeing a 1.5GW pipeline, and was instrumental in launching and capitalizing the company. Alla brings 15 years of experience as a clean energy venture investor, entrepreneur, and operative executive.
