OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Conlin, McKenney, & Philbrick, PC (“CMP Law”) with respect to their recent data breach. On July 12, 2024, CMP Law became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. CMP immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized party accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information on CMP’s network between January 17, 2023, to February 3, 2023. On August 9, 2024, CMP began sending out notices to potentially impacted customers.
