STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 2024-- ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) today announced the nomination of Christopher O’Shea for election to its Board of Directors at the company’s upcoming 2024 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. O’Shea currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UK-based Centrica, a £30 billion energy company supplying gas, electricity and energy services and solutions with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.

Mr. O’Shea’s election to the Board will be effective May 15, 2024 pending shareholder approval at the company’s 2024 annual meeting of shareholders. The Board intends to appoint Mr. O’Shea to the company’s Audit Committee, effective at the time of his election.
