With extensive operations experience in software and the energy value chain, Rouse will lead CX, Customer Success, Implementations, Support and Compliance teams in close partnership with our sales team to continue building an industry-leading SaaS ERP platform for the future of energy.
Sally has spent more than 20 years in IT, Commercial Software and Consulting focused on Operations and Customer Success. She most recently was the Vice President of Customer Success at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Retail Solutions, a fuel dispenser manufacturer and technology platform with a customer base of more than $450mm in annual revenues. Prior to that, Sally held executive positions at Capco, Spark Energy and Aurea Software.
