DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ClinOne is pleased to announce that Dr. Elizabeth Esterl joins ClinOne as our VP of Operations and Research. Dr. Esterl brings with her a depth and breadth of knowledge in clinical trials spanning her 20+ year career in research, including over 13 years at Children's Hospital Colorado and as a board member of the Colorado Multiple Institutional Review Board. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Regis University and is now a visiting professor of Nursing Research for the Friendship Bridge Nursing Project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She educates Vietnam's nursing school students on best practices and leadership related to clinical trials and nursing research.
Dr. Esterl’s extensive experience in the field includes development and implementation of two successful academic clinical trial organizations, management of multi-site clinical study projects, personnel and financial management, and coordinating team efforts to provide clinical care and regulatory oversight, protocol development and implementation, and IND/IDE applications for cutting-edge research and clinical care in over 900 clinical studies. Dr. Esterl has a background in both health care administration and graduate education focusing on nursing leadership, providing her with an effective complement of broad-based technical, medical and administrative knowledge, combined with her depth of regulatory understanding.
Dr. Esterl will be an outstanding addition to our leadership team here at ClinOne, where she will be immediately involved in every aspect of operations and spearheading our client engagement efforts. A member of the Society of Clinical Research Administrators, Association of Clinical Research Professionals, the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy & Immunology, and the American and Colorado Nurses Associations, she is well-rounded in her research and practice background.
