SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global 50 law firm Goodwin announced today that Josh Cook and Jon Novotny have joined the firm’s San Francisco office as partners in its Technology Companies practice.

Cook represents emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and private equity investment funds. His work with companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic decisions and coaching prior to incorporation, prospective investor introductions, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, employment matters, commercial contracts, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Cook’s focus industries include consumer internet, software, blockchain, and entertainment technology.
