LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quanterix Corporation, a company with a next generation, ultra-sensitive digital platform that advances precision health, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,275,200 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $64,128,000. In addition, Quanterix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 641,280 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “QTRX” on December 7, 2017, and the offering is expected to close on December 11, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
