Myomo, Inc. Announces Full Exercise of Underwriter’s Over-Allotment Option in Follow-On Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--()--Myomo, Inc. (NYSE American: MYO), a commercial stage medical robotics company, today announced that Roth Capital Partners, the underwriter of Myomo’s follow-on offering, exercised in full its option to purchase 626,250 shares of common stock and accompanying warrants to purchase 626,250 shares of common stock, at a combined price to the public of $2.40 per share of common stock and accompanying warrant, for gross proceeds of approximately $1.5 million. After giving effect to the full exercise of the over-allotment, the Company sold an aggregate of 4,801,250 shares of common stock and accompanying warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 4,801,250 shares of common stock in the public offering, and gross proceeds were approximately $11.5 million.

Roth Capital Partners acted as sole manager.

Net proceeds from the full exercise of the over-allotment option, after underwriting discounts and commissions and payment of other transaction fees and expenses payable by Myomo, will be approximately $1.4 million.

Myomo intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for debt repayment and working capital and other general corporate purposes.
