Bolonda will oversee Red Monkey Food’s day-to day-operations, including the company’s further expansion of U.S. distribution with leading food, mass, club, online, and natural food retail customers.
Bolonda is a consumer food industry veteran who brings more than 25 years of executive experience with leading global food companies, including more than 15 years at McCormick where he last served as VP GM Sales and Marketing for the U.S. Consumer Division. He also served as President of Zatarain’s, a wholly owned subsidiary of McCormick, where he oversaw sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and product development. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned both a B.S. and a Master of Professional Studies degree.
