HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Unifive, the leading vertical media consulting firm and the host of World Economic Forum’s Global Shaper in June 2017, announced today it will join China Blockchain Ecosystem Alliance (CBEA) in November.
On September 26, 2017, Unifive attended CBEA’s preparatory meeting organized by the Laoshan District Government and the China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute, in collaboration with Saidi (CCID Qingdao) Blockchain Research Institute. The mission of the CBEA is to provide an open, innovative, and collaborative platform for technology incubation, standards development, product testing & certification, and application demonstration. According to the plan, CBEA will be formally established in early November during the 2017 World Internet Industry Conference, which is to be held in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China.
Initially, the alliance will invite Tsinghua University, Beijing University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China Financial Certification Center, China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute, China Software Evaluation Center, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, Huawei and more than 50 leading research institutions and enterprises as founding members. The alliance is expected to grow rapidly with more than 100 member institutions with expertise in a wide spectrum of blockchain related technologies.
